Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process vendor invoices and match purchase orders for timely, accurate payments.
- Manage corporate credit card transactions and ensure complete documentation for audits.
- Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve discrepancies, and oversee intercompany transactions.
- Post payments and perform general ledger/job cost entries with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications of Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Experience managing high-volume AP settings.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and software like CMiC or Sage 100 (preferred).
- Strong Excel skills and keen attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
