As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance, ensuring that all employees are paid correctly and on time. You’ll also support special projects that enhance payroll processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles with precision and timeliness.
Ensure payroll transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with internal policies.
Identify and resolve discrepancies by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
Generate and distribute payroll reports for internal use and compliance.
Assist with audits and support special payroll-related projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
2+ years of experience in payroll or a related function.
Familiarity with ADP software is a plus.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Self-motivated and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
