Job Description:
Senior Accountant

As the Senior Accountant, you will support the Assistant Controller with month-end close and reporting, analysis, and promoting process improvements. As a division of a larger parent company, the Senior Accountant will have career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train staff
- Assist with month and year-end closing of the accounting records, including preparation of assigned journal entries and audit schedules.
- Assist with monthly financial statement review, including preparation and review of support schedules and variance analysis files.
- Analyze and compile financial information to accurately record transactions; prepare and distribute financial reports and review and verify completeness and accuracy of those reports.
- Maintain the accounting system chart of accounts, consolidation software translation tables, and account and department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- 3 years related experience (public accounting/audit ++)
