Job Description:
Job Title: Staff Accountant (Full-Time)
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Salary: $60,000-$75,000

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
- Prepare and complete reconciliations for all organizational bank accounts
- Support full-cycle general accounting and assist with month-end close processes
- Manage online banking transactions and intercompany bank transfers
- Assist with the budgeting process and variance analysis
Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Comfortable working with various financial systems; strong technical aptitude
