Salary Range: $58,240 – $70,720 DOE

About the Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for executing accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self-driven individual with a strong eye for detail.
Overview of the Payroll Specialist role:

Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure payroll transactions are properly recorded and processed.

Research and resolve payroll discrepancies through data collection and analysis.

Generate payroll reports to assist with compliance and internal decision-making.

Contribute to process improvements and special payroll-related projects.
Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of payroll or related experience.

Proficiency with payroll systems and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) strongly preferred.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
