Accounting Specialist
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:

• Process biweekly payroll and prepare related journal entries

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Perform general accounting duties and assist with reconciliations

• Maintain accuracy and compliance with all financial transactions

• Collaborate with internal departments and support audit preparation as needed

Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

• Associate’s degree or 3+ years of experience in payroll, AP, and AR

• Candidates without a degree should have 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with accounting software and spreadsheets
