Accounting Assistant
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detailed oriented Accounting Assistant to join their team. If you are looking for a role with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week, this could be a great fit for you.
Salary: $45,000-$55,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and enter journal entries, invoices, and other financial transactions
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and report generation
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and documentation
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial information
Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant:
- Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel
