What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
- Own month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as a key liaison with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Provide insightful financial analysis to guide business decisions
- Mentor and lead a strong accounting team, fostering continuous improvement
- Develop and enforce internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Experience being involved in ERP implementation
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 + bonus
