Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
- Manage and process day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and company credit cards
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and account analysis
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or related financial roles
