Job Description:
Controller
We’re working with a successful, privately held company seeking a Controller to lead their accounting team and bring financial clarity to the business. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can lead while staying close to the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the accounting team

Oversee daily accounting operations and lead full month-end and year-end close

Prepare financial statements and coordinate with CPA firm for audit and tax

Provide financial insight to leadership on business performance
What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience with management and proven experience leading month-end and year-end close
-
Hands-on leader who enjoys both strategy and execution

Ability to translate numbers into meaningful business insights

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
Salary: $170,000 to $190,000
