Job Description:
Technical Architect | Permanent | No Sponsorship Available | Available to only WI and IL Residents
Please Note: Requires travel to Chicago suburbs two times per week

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000 plus bonus opportunity
- PTO: 22 days plus 12 paid holidays
- Retirement: 8% employer contribution with additional 2% match (Day 1)
- Medical: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and well-being benefits (Day 1)
- Other: Hybrid working arrangement
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
- Design and implement scalable, reliable technical architectures aligned with business goals
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful solution delivery
- Establish architectural standards and best practices
- Work with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and optimal performance
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
- 5+ years' experience as a Technical Architect
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and architectural patterns
- Professional certifications (AWS/Azure) highly desired
