Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET) | Permanent | No Sponsorship Available | Requires WI or IL Residence
Please Note: Requires travel to Chicago suburbs two times per week

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 based on experience
PTO: Generous PTO package starting at 3 weeks, plus holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER IN TEST
- Design and implement automated test frameworks and test cases
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Perform API testing and integration testing
- Identify, report, and track software defects
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability
- Create and maintain test documentation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER IN TEST
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
