What You’ll Do
- Analyze financial performance through P&L reviews, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Evaluate and manage accruals on a monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis
- Conduct inventory and margin trend analysis to inform business strategy
- Support monthly close processes, including reconciliations and reporting
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Identify and implement improvements in financial systems and reporting tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, supply chain, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You’re comfortable presenting to leadership and enjoy working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, along with experience in financial systems, reporting, and process optimization.
Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
