What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage financials for a portfolio of properties or entities
- Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Lead month-end close processes and journal entries
- Support annual audits and internal reporting
- Collaborate with asset management and department leaders to ensure financial accuracy
What You Bring:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (Associate or Bachelor’s)
- 2+ years of general accounting experience (property accounting a plus, but not required)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and month-end processes
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
