Senior Accountant of External Reporting

Salary: $85,000-$105,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of 10-K and 10-Q filings, footnotes, and other required disclosures.
• Support audits and reviews by external auditors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary financial data for reporting.
• Research and implement new accounting standards affecting external reporting.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial statements and disclosures.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on external reporting.
• Public accounting experience required.
