What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 External Reporting & Technical Accounting:
- Support the Senior Manager in preparing and reviewing SEC filings (8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, 11-K).
- Assist with footnote disclosures and MD&A.
- Draft and review technical accounting memos and white papers.
🔹 Audit & Compliance:
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
🔹 Financial Accounting & Revenue Recognition:
- Prepare journal entries & reconciliations related to percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
- Assist with consolidations (HFP to EPM).
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Big 4 experience is a must – 2-4 years of audit or advisory experience.
✅ Strong technical accounting knowledge – GAAP, SEC reporting, and writing white papers.
✅ Experience with SAP (or the ability to ramp up quickly).
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment—some weeks will exceed 40 hours, but downtime is respected.
✅ Business casual dress code, but professionalism is key.
Salary: $85,000 to $105,000
