Administrative Assistant
Location: On-site in Pewaukee, WI
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

What You’ll Do:
- Answer phones, manage emails, schedule meetings
- Maintain project files and organize documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Assist with reports, invoices, and internal communications
- Order office supplies and maintain office operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of administrative experience (construction or trades is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear, professional communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training is a plus)
