What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support two direct reports

• Manage escalated inquiries from a shared benefits inbox

• Handle complex questions around FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and their impact on benefits

• Oversee the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

• Support the benefits enrollment process for both annual and new hire cycles

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in employee benefits

• Strong understanding of FMLA, Workers’ Comp, and EAP

• Prior experience working with a benefits vendor or as a Benefits Analyst preferred

• You don’t need prior management experience—just confidence in your knowledge and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
