Client in the financial services industry is seeking a Member Services Representative to assist with processing transactions, handling cash, and supporting member account inquiries in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Salary is $30-$32k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE:
- The Member Services Representative will process deposits, withdrawals, and member transactions with accuracy
- The Member Services Representative will balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Answer member questions regarding accounts, transactions, and services
- Support account maintenance and system updates as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
- Prior cash handling experience strongly preferred (retail, banking, restaurant closeout, ect.)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new tools
- Must be able to work half day on Saturday, rotating
