(Albanian Speaking), Temp-to-Perm

Compensation

  • $25-30/hr commensurate with experience

Schedule

  • Full-time hours between 8:00am–6:00pm. Must have ability to be flexible as some days may be 9am-5pm, some days may be 10am-6pm dependent on work volume.

Key Responsibilities of the Member Services Representative

  • Deliver high-quality, analytical support to union members—address account questions, process payments/refunds, and resolve service queries with accuracy and empathy
  • Accurately reconcile daily transactions, maintain detailed records, and uphold data integrity in all member interactions
  • As needed handle cashier functions. Issue refunds as needed.
  • Collaborate with manager and colleagues to support collection processes, member outreach, and departmental reporting
  • Serve as Albanian-speaking point-of-contact for both English and Albanian-speaking union members; communicate policy information clearly and diplomatically
  • Act as a support resource for high-level department projects and time-sensitive collections or compliance mailings
  • Maintain accurate records related to pertinent member information

Must-Have Skills/Experience

  • Fluent Albanian (written and verbal); able to discuss contracts, policies, and sensitive matters in both languages
  • Strong customer service background with demonstrated analytical and mathematical skills
  • Experience with transaction processing, reconciliations, and administrative/clerical work
