What You’ll Do
- Ensure financial reports are accurate and GAAP-compliant
- Handle compensation accounting—including payroll, benefits, and tax-related accruals
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Lead the month-end close process
- Support SOX compliance and maintain strong internal controls
- Collaborate on strategic projects and work closely with internal teams and external auditors
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong background in payroll, benefits, and fixed asset accounting is a big plus
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with large ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
