Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Prepare and review financial reports for management
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations
- Provide guidance, training, and support to accounting staff
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
