Office Manager

A well-established and growing construction firm is looking for a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support project execution. The Office Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of construction-related documentation and office management. The Office Manager will be fully onsite in Sumner County, TN.

Salary up to $70,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Review project contracts for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Manage daily office operations including supplies, scheduling, and vendor relations.
  • Prepare reports, handle invoicing, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Maintain records for company vehicles including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications of the Office Manager:

  • Minimum 2 years of office management experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with contract review and vehicle documentation is highly preferred.
