Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Create executive-level reports and presentations, translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Design and manage business intelligence tools and dashboards to support real-time performance monitoring and decision-making
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and analytical capabilities
Requirements of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s highly preferred)
- Between 3 – 5 years of FP&A experience
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Experience with financial modeling in Excel
