Are you an experienced AP Manager ready to lead a high-performing accounts payable team? This growing organization in Tampa is seeking a skilled AP Manager to oversee the full AP cycle, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance across all payables operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounts payable department, including supervising AP specialists.
- Oversee invoice processing, vendor management, and payment approvals.
- Implement best practices and streamline workflows for efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance leadership to support month-end close and reporting.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including 2+ years as an AP Manager or in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of AP systems, ERP platforms, and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
