Key Responsibilities for the Accounting & Payroll Specialist:

• Manage weekly and bi‑weekly payroll processing for both hourly and salaried employees.
• Assist with payroll audits and support onboarding of new employees.
• Handle accounts payable, including job‑costing across multiple divisions and performing both 2‑way and 3‑way matching.
• Process inventory‑related payables: match materials to the correct job, ensure proper PO alignment, and manage returns to inventory.
• Complete quarterly reconciliations and maintain accurate job, material, and AP records.

Qualifications for the Accounting & Payroll Specialist:

• Experience in construction accounting or environments with job‑costing.
• Familiarity with construction software platforms.
• Minimum of 2+ years of AP, payroll, or job‑costing experience.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable communicator who takes ownership of their work.
• Comfortable in a relaxed, steady‑paced office setting.
