Senior Staff Accountant
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Compensation: $70k-$80k + 10% bonus
The PERFECT accounting role for grads with 1–3 years of public accounting / industry accounting experience! This hands-on position partners closely with operations and management, branch teams, and is far from the cubicle setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Staff Accountant:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, annual budgets, audits, and system implementations
- Analyze financial performance and provide reports that support operational decision-making
- Collaborate with operations teams to track and improve key performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to optimize financial and billing processes
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Utilize intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis
Senior Staff Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related degrees.
- 1+ years of accounting-related experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in accounting business systems and Microsoft Excel
