✦ The Role

As an Accountant, you’ll support accurate financial reporting and day-to-day operational accounting across assigned business entities. You’ll play an active role in the monthly close cycle, balance sheet reconciliations, cash reporting, and financial schedule preparation — all while partnering with cross-functional teams and contributing to ongoing process improvements.


✦ Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and record journal entries accurately and on time
  • Assist with cash activity tracking, bank reconciliations, and reporting
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and support intercompany reconciliation processes
  • Support monthly close activities in adherence to reporting deadlines
  • Assist in preparing financial schedules, reports, and P&L analyses with commentary
  • Assist with accounts receivable and remittance tracking
  • Communicate issues and resolution status to Finance leadership
  • Contribute within a team environment while progressively taking on increased responsibilities

✦ What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 1 year of general accounting experience required; 2+ years preferred
  • Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
  • Clear communicator who can work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
