Key Responsibilities:

Manage project billing, job costing, and financial reporting

Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budget tracking

Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records

Support month-end close and assist with audits
Qualifications:

3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments

Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Viewpoint Vista is a plus)
- AIA Billing experience
