Overview
A private equity–backed organization is hiring a Financial Analyst to join a lean, hands-on finance team. This role is ideal for a public accounting professional looking to transition into corporate finance and gain direct exposure to senior leadership, strategic initiatives, and business operations.
The Financial Analyst will move beyond compliance-focused work and into forward-looking analysis, partnering closely with leadership to support decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Analyze financial and operational performance and translate findings into actionable insights
- Support pricing decisions, bid analysis, and RFP-related financial modeling
- Assist with annual budget preparation and periodic forecast updates
- Develop dashboards and management reporting to improve financial visibility
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
- Support ad hoc analysis and projects tied to growth initiatives and operational improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in public accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Public accounting background strongly preferred (Audit, Advisory, or Transaction Services)
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skills
- Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and explain financial drivers
- Exposure to high-growth or private equity–backed companies is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems and tools such as Power BI is a plus
