Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We are seeking a bilingual (English–Spanish) HR Generalist to provide essential transactional HR support across two Maryland locations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day‑to‑day HR transactional support across 2 locations
  • Serve as the primary bilingual point of contact for employee questions and HR communication
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, I‑9 verification, and personnel file maintenance
  • Maintain HR documents, records, and employee communications
  • Coordinate with third‑party benefits providers and update employee changes
  • Assist with HR reporting, compliance tasks, and ongoing process improvements
  • Help implement updated HR systems or tools (ADP experience helpful)

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English–Spanish
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR support, HR administration, or HR operations
  • ADP experience preferred, or must be a quick learner with strong tech skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, follow‑through, and communication
  • Collaborative, respectful, and dependable with strong attention to detail
