Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 + ~20% bonus

Responsibilities
- Process and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
- Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Maintain organized AP records and reconciliations
- Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies
- Support month-end closing related to AP
- Prepare and maintain AP reports
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist, preferably in professional services
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
