Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
• Manage the AP/billing inbox and respond to vendor inquiries
• Process and record invoices in QuickBooks and ensure timely payments
• Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Track and process recurring expenses, including rent and fixed payments
• Perform credit card reconciliations
• Record daily cash activity across operating bank accounts

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
• 2–3+ years of hands-on accounts payable or billing experience
• Experience processing invoices and payments in an accounting system (QuickBooks preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
