Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of all daily accounting functions. This on-site role requires a hands-on, detail‑driven bookkeeper who can independently manage the company’s financial operations.
Salary: $60,000–$65,000

Bookkeeper Qualifications

5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.

Strong invoicing, costing, and inventory skills.

Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar) and Excel.

Organized, accurate, and able to work independently
Bookkeeper Responsibilities

Full-cycle bookkeeping: AP, AR, GL, reconciliations.

Heavy invoicing, billing, and collections.

Inventory tracking and costing accuracy.

Month-end close, journal entries, financial statements.

Budget support, variance analysis, audit prep.
