Location: Miami, FL 33178

We’re hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of the day‑to‑day accounting operations for a busy, inventory‑driven business in Miami (33178). This is a hands‑on role for a detail‑oriented accounting professional who enjoys full responsibility, independence, and being the go‑to person for financial accuracy.
Spanish/English bilingual fluency is a MUST, as this role regularly collaborates with a Spanish‑speaking team.

Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly close, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
- Maintain accuracy of the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, invoice review, aging, and payments (checks, ACH, wires)
- Oversee daily bank and credit card activity, petty cash, and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare and submit sales tax and use tax filings
- Enter and track inventory using QuickBooks Enterprise (Manufacturing & Wholesale) with multiple units of measure
- Reconcile inventory activity and support physical inventory counts
- Prepare management reporting packages and respond to financial questions
- Support external audits and maintain internal controls
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately by the external payroll provider
- Oversee data entry clerks processing A/R and collections
- Handle additional accounting and administrative projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or full‑charge accounting role
- Strong QuickBooks and Excel experience (required)
- Solid understanding of general ledger, month‑end close, and financial statements
- Experience in an inventory‑heavy environment preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
