Controller
Location: Delray Beach, FL (100% in-office)
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Full oversight of accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close and financial reporting
- Manage a four – person accounting team
- Optimization of Sage Intacct ERP utilization to improve workflows, internal controls, and reporting efficiency
- Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and strong internal control frameworks
- Partnership with executive leadership to support organizational decision-making
Qualifications of the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of Controller-level experience
- Demonstrated track record of hands-on leadership and staff development
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems strongly preferred
- Background in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services organizations is a plus
