A well‑established, growth‑oriented organization in the construction space is adding an Accountant to support expanding operations. This is a newly created role offering strong visibility, hands‑on responsibility, and close partnership with both operational and finance leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with project and field teams on job costing, budgets, WIP tracking, and reconciliations
- Serve as a key liaison between operations, field teams, and accounting
- Support month‑end close, journal entries, and general ledger activities
- Maintain project financials including cost tracking, billing support, and variance analysis
- Handle bookkeeping and accounting for smaller affiliated business entities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements using QuickBooks
- Assist with process improvements and help modernize accounting practices
What We’re Looking For (Preferred)
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience
- Exposure to construction or project‑based accounting environments
- Familiarity with job costing and project financials
- Experience with QuickBooks; Sage 300 exposure is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems and automation
- Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and adaptable mindset
