RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FP&A MANAGER

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes as FP&A Manager
  • Own financial models and ensure accuracy of reporting (budget vs. actual, KPIs)
  • Partner with business leaders to drive revenue growth and cost optimization
  • Oversee and mentor FP&A analysts, guiding day-to-day work and development
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations on key financial metrics
  • Enhance financial systems, models, and reporting tools for better insights
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives

IDEAL FP&A MANAGER PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of leadership
