Key Responsibilities of the Lead QA Analyst
- Design, build, and execute both automated and manual test frameworks from scratch
- Develop and mentor the QA analyst, setting standards and best practices across the team
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and developers to anticipate project needs and elevate quality
- Perform hands-on web, ERP, and calculation-driven testing to ensure robust system performance
- Identify, implement, and advocate for innovative QA tools and approaches within a flexible environment
Must-Have Skills/Experience
- Minimum five years of QA experience across automated and manual testing
- Proficiency with Playwright (preferred) or Cypress frameworks
- Background in Java; experience with Vue and C#
- Demonstrated ability to own the QA process, drive change, and communicate with technical and business partners
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) or equivalent depth through experience
