RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BI DEVELOPER
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable visualizations
- Perform ETL processes and optimize data structures for efficient querying
- Provide actionable insights to business leaders based on data-driven analyses
- Document data models, report specifications, and train users on reporting tools
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE BI DEVELOPER
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development
- Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI for dashboard development
- Intermediate programming knowledge and understanding of relational databases
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical information to various stakeholders
