Logistics & Dispatch Manager

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and optimize both logistics and dispatch operations for seamless, on-time delivery
- Develop strategies that improve routing, scheduling, and overall supply chain efficiency
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities
- Manage daily dispatch functions—assigning routes, coordinating drivers, and troubleshooting in real time
- Monitor KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that drive results
- Partner with internal teams (procurement, production, sales) to keep operations aligned and proactive
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and internal processes
- Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives, including route optimization and resource allocation
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics and dispatch team
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (a plus)
- Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
