Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join their team. HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • The HR Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions and supporting a positive workplace culture
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and offboarding processes
  • The HR Coordinator will support HR initiatives, policies, and compliance efforts
  • Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with related inquiries
  • The HR Coordinator will provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications of the HR Coordinator Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1–3+ years of HR experience, with exposure to recruiting and employee relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
