Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join their team. This individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting and employee relations. HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- The HR Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions and supporting a positive workplace culture
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and offboarding processes
- The HR Coordinator will support HR initiatives, policies, and compliance efforts
- Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with related inquiries
- The HR Coordinator will provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications of the HR Coordinator Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1–3+ years of HR experience, with exposure to recruiting and employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
