Pay Range: $50,000 – $55,000

Summary:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a team-oriented environment that values collaboration and proactive attitudes. This role involves managing tenant billing, maintaining rent rolls, and supporting billing functions in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to assist across departments.
Key Responsibilities – Accounts Receivable Specialist:
– Manage tenant billing and accounts receivable
– Input leases into internal software
– Maintain and update rent roll
– Utilize Excel for formulas, summaries, and totals
– Handle chargebacks and maintain AR schedule
– Process miscellaneous invoices and billings
– Assist with other billing functions as needed
– Provide support to Accounts Payable when required
Qualifications – Accounts Receivable Specialist:
– Previous AR experience: Real Estate/Property Management industry preferred
– Flexible and willing to assist where needed
– Positive, proactive attitude
– Collaborative team player mindset
