Key Responsibilities for the FP&A Lead:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Deliver monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights
• Partner with operational and executive leaders to support strategic decision-making
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement

Qualifications for the FP&A Lead:

• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance preferred
• Some experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Strong Excel and financial reporting capabilities
