Senior Accountant – Hybrid (Baltimore County)
Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000

Senior Accountant Responsibilities
- Lead key portions of month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Handle investment and general ledger accounting for multiple entities
- Prepare and assist with individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax returns
- Produce and manage K-1s and ensure related compliance requirements are met
- Contribute to process improvements tied to ongoing organizational and system upgrades
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in general ledger accounting
- Strong foundation in month-end close processes and core GL accounting
- Practical experience preparing individual and partnership tax returns a plus
