What You’ll Be Doing
- Own administration, configuration, and optimization of Viewpoint Spectrum
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting accounting, field, and operations teams
- Act as the go-to subject matter expert for all Spectrum-related needs
- Support job costing, billing, and financial workflows, ensuring data accuracy
- Identify process gaps and implement practical system improvements
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation and SOPs
- Provide hands-on support and training to end users
- Assist with data imports/exports, Excel templates, and system integrations
What You Bring
- Proven experience administering Viewpoint Spectrum in a construction environment
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows and job costing
- Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, imports/exports, templates)
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and prioritize in real time
- Clear communicator with strong process documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting multi-location or remote teams
- Exposure to other construction ERP systems
- Background in system implementations or process improvement initiatives
Compensation
💰 $85,000 – $130,000 base salary (depending on experience)
