Finance Systems Manager (Winchester, VA)
$120,000–$165,000 base
+ 25% annual bonus (paid consistently over time)

Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer EPM / CPM platforms, including OneStream or similar tools
- Lead system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and cleanup efforts
- Ensure finance data is accurate, reliable, and usable for forecasting and reporting
- Act as the primary liaison between Finance and IT
- Identify and execute system and process improvements that support scalability
Qualifications
- Experience owning or administering finance systems (OneStream or similar EPM tools)
- Background spanning FP&A, Accounting, and Finance Systems
- Strong hands-on mindset — you build, enhance, and fix rather than just oversee
