Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist is part of the Billing team and is responsible for a variety of accounts receivable and billing functions that do not include collections. This role supports supplier billing, payment application, and promotional administration and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and collaboration. The position offers variety in daily responsibilities and cross‑training opportunities within the AR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and send supplier invoices and billbacks
- Apply and clear supplier electronic payments
- Process AR adjustments
- Manage supplier price promotions through an online portal
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Provide backup support for other billing and AR tasks
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of AR, billing, or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
