Core Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash management in direct partnership with the CFO.

Drive the full implementation and optimization of a new ERP system.

Manage accounting, analysis, and performance reporting across multiple family office entities and investment partnerships.

Coordinate tax preparation and compliance with external advisors while maintaining disciplined controls and accurate financial records.

Deliver actionable financial insights through ad hoc analysis, process improvements, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus.

5–8 years of relevant experience; family office or wealth management environment strong plus

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership and external partners.

A disciplined, detail‑oriented approach paired with the adaptability needed in an entrepreneurial setting.

Strong Excel skills; prior ERP software implementation is a nice plus
