Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash management in direct partnership with the CFO.

  • Drive the full implementation and optimization of a new ERP system.

  • Manage accounting, analysis, and performance reporting across multiple family office entities and investment partnerships.

  • Coordinate tax preparation and compliance with external advisors while maintaining disciplined controls and accurate financial records.

  • Deliver actionable financial insights through ad hoc analysis, process improvements, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus.

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience; family office or wealth management environment strong plus

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership and external partners.

  • A disciplined, detail‑oriented approach paired with the adaptability needed in an entrepreneurial setting.

  • Strong Excel skills; prior ERP software implementation is a nice plus
