Key Responsibilities for the AR / Deductions Role
- Process cash applications and customer payments
- Research and resolve customer deductions
- Enter deduction data into AS400
- Follow up on past-due balances and open deductions
- Retrieve PODs and supporting documentation as needed
- Assist with reconciliations and credit memos
Qualifications for the AR / Deductions Role
- Prior AR and deductions experience
- Basic Excel proficiency
- Experience working with PDFs and supporting documentation
- AS400 and/or D365 exposure a plus
